MOTION i — ADOPT ORDINANCE
I move that the Council adopt an ordinance amending section 2.o8.O4o of Salt Lake City Code creating a
Division of Legislative Affairs and clarifying functions of the City Attorney's Office.
Staff note: this resolution relates to item A-4 in BudgetAmendment #3 which proposes four new full-
time employees as part of the new division in the City Attorney's Office.
MOTION 2 — NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council proceed to the next agenda item.
