Staff note: HUD has not announced the final actual funding amounts that the City will receive for CDBG, ESG, HOME, and HOPWA. Page 21 of the Exhibit Afunding log shows contingencies for how to adjust individual grant awards to applicants depending on whether the available funding is more or less than estimated.
