RE: RESOLUTION: UNIVERSITY OF UTAH BASEBALL STADIUM PUBLIC
BENEFITS ANALYSIS
MOTION i — ADOPT
I move the Council adopt the resolution
• approving the conclusions of the public benefit analysis, finding the lease fee waiver
appropriate, and
• authorizes the administration to enter into the ground lease with the University on the terms
set forth in the Term Sheet
MOTION 3 — DEFER
I move that the Council defer the item to a future date for action.
MOTION 4 — DENY
I move that the Council not adopt the resolution.
