RE: MOTION SHEET – Municipal Services Interlocal Agreement between Salt Lake City
and the Utah Fairpark Area Investment and Restoration District
MOTION 1
I move the Council adopt a resolution authorizing the Administration to enter into an interlocal
agreement with the Utah Fairpark Area Investment and Restoration District to provide municipal
services to the Fairpark District Boundary.
MOTION 2
I move the Council reject the resolution.
