RE: Ordinance: Library Budget Amendment No.1 for Fiscal Year 2024-25
MOTION 1 – CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Council close the public hearing and refer the item to a future date for action.
MOTION 2 – CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Council continue the public hearing to a future date.
MOTION 3 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT
I move that the Council close the public hearing and adopt an ordinance amending the Fiscal
Year 2025 final budget of the Salt Lake City Library only for the item shown on the motion
sheet.
Staff note: Council Members do not need to read the item being approved below; it is
listed for reference.
Library Budget Amendment No.1 for Fiscal Year 2024-25: Reallocating
$190,000 in the Library’s FY25 budget from employee benefits and transferring those
funds to capital projects to fund the roof renovation project.
MOTION 4 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council close the public hearing and proceed to the next agenda item
