RE: RESOLUTION: 2006 SUNRISE METRO LOAN AMENDMENT
MOTION 1 – ADOPT RESOLUTION
I move that the Board adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the 2006 Sunrise Metro Acquisition Loan
to forgive accrued interest to facilitate the preservation and redevelopment of permanent supportive housing.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the resolution approving the amendment to the 2006 Sunrise Metro
loan which would forgive accrued interest.
