RE:ORDINANCE: AMENDMENT TO ADDRESS JUSTICE COURT CAPACITY
MOTION 1 – ADOPT ORDINANCE
I move that the Council adopt the ordinance amending Salt Lake City Code sections
2.84.020 and 2.84.030 to allow for the modification of the capacity of the Salt Lake City
Justice Court
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the ordinance, and proceed to the next agenda item.
