RE: Station Area Plan Exceptions
MOTION 1 – ADOPT
I move that the Council approve a resolution recognizing the impracticability findings for certain
transit station area plans so that the City may request a Wasatch Front Regional Council exception for
said station area plans.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council proceed to the next agenda item.
