RE: Text Amendment – RMF-35 & RMF-45 Multi Family Zoning District Update

MOTION 1 (adopt)
I move that the Council adopt the ordinances that include eliminating the 100-foot maximum building length
and increasing the maximum number of dwelling units per building to 50 in the RMF-45 zoning district.
MOTION 2 (reject)
I move that the Council reject the ordinances.
