I move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving the Amended and Restated Broadband Services
Franchise agreement with Google Fiber Utah, LLC.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the proposed ordinance and proceed to the next agenda item.
