AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TABLE 21A.32.140,SALT LAKE CITY CODE,
PERTAINING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE
DISTRICTS,PURSUANT TO PETITION NO.400-04-46.
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission and the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah,
have held public hearings and have taken into consideration citizen testimony,filing,and
demographic details of the area,the long range general plans of the City,and any local master
plan as part of their deliberations. Pursuant to these deliberations,the City Council has
concluded that the proposed change in Table 21 A.32.140 to allow commercial indoor recreation
to be added as a conditional use in the Business Park District(BP)is appropriate for the
development of the community in that district.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1. That the table,entitled Table of Permitted and Conditional Uses for
Special Purpose Districts,which is located at Section 21 A.32.140 of the Salt Lake City Code,
shall be and hereby is,amended,in part,to allow commercial indoor recreation as a conditional
use in the Business Park District(BP)as set forth in the attached Exhibit"A."
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of
its first publication.
