AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY LOCATED BEHIND 1477
CALIFORNIA AVENUE PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-568-87.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the alley located behind 1477
California Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same
hereby is, VACATED and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian
way.
SECTION 2. Said alley is more particularly described
as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 28, 8 Peach Grove Subdivision, a subdivision of �•
�� part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, T1S, Al
^,. R1W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian and running
thence East 150 feet, thence South 7.5 feet,
