AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 49-6-55 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY , UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO PAYMENTS
REQUIRED REFORF WATER IS TURNED ON.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Section 49-6-55 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City , Utah, relating to payments required before
water is turned on, be, and the same hereby is amended to read as
follows :
Sec. 49-6-55. Payments required before turn-on. Before the
water is turned on, all unpaid bills for water must be paid in
full, together with a turn-on fee of twenty-one dollars.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 5th day of APRIL 1983 .
