(Skateboards and other toy vehicles)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 12, CHAPTER 12, SECTION 070 OF
THE SALT LAKE CITY CODE, 1988, RELATING TO SKATEBOARDS AND OTHER
TOY VEHICLES BY ADDING SUBSECTION C. AS FOLLOWS:
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah•
SECTION 1. That Title 12, Chapter 12, Section 070 of the
Salt Lake City Code, relating to Skateboards and other toy
vehicles, be, and the same hereby is amended by adding
Subsection C. as follows:
Sec. 12.12.070 Skateboards and other toy vehicles.

C. The foregoing subsections, A. and B. , shall not apply
to police officers acting in the scope and course of their
employment.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon the date
of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
