No. 18 of 1983
( Prohibiting Parking on Median, Island
or Dividing Sections )
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 8 OF THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION 130 ( 1 ) (r) relating to prohibition of parking on median,
island or dividing sections.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Article 8 of the Traffic Code of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City , Utah, be, and the same
hereby is amended by ADDING a new section 130 ( 1 ) (r) to read as
follows :
Sec. 130 ( 1 ) (r) On any median or island , or on any dividing
section, as defined in Section 191 of this Code.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah,
this 12TH day of APRIL 1983.
