SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 19 of 1988
(Extending the effective date of
Bill No. 16 of 1987)
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF BILL NO.
16 OF 1987.
WHEREAS, Bill No. 16 of 1987 was enacted on March 10,
1987 providing for the rezoning of certain property at
approximately 817 North Redwood Road from Residential
R-ZA" to Business "B-3" pursuant to Petition No. 400-433-86
which required certain conditions to be met and those
conditions have not yet been met but the City Council
believes that an extension would be appropriate;
THEREFORE, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
hereby adopts the following amendment to Bill No. 16 of
1987.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the effective date of Bill No. 16 of
1987 be extended to September 9, 1988.
SECTION Z. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance extending
the effective date of Bill No. 16 of 1987 shall take effect
immediately upon its first publication.
