(Golf fee and rate changes included in the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule)
An ordinance amending the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule to reflect changes
to certain golf fees and rates.
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.11 of 2017 changed certain golf fees and rates,and the Salt
Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended in order to reflect those
changes in golf fees and rates and corresponding information as shown in the attached Exhibit
"A";and
WHEREAS,the Salt Lake City Council finds(i)the fees and rates set forth in Exhibit
"A"are necessary,reasonable,and equitable in relation to the costs incurred by the City;and(ii)
adoption of this ordinance reasonably furthers the health,safety,and general welfare of the
citizens of Salt Lake City.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1.That the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall be,and hereby is
amended,in pertinent part,to reflect the changed golf fees and rates and the corresponding
information set forth in the attached Exhibit"A."
SECTION 2.That the official copy of the Salt Lake City Consolidated Fee Schedule shall
be revised to include the changed golf fees and rates and the corresponding information set forth
in the attached Exhibit"A"and a copy of thereof shall be published on the official Salt Lake City
website.
SECTION 3.That this ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first
publication.
