(Green Fees )
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-9-1 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO GREEN FEES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-9-1 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is amended as
follows :
Sec . 27-9-1 . Green Fees. ( 1 ) There is hereby imposed on
any person playing golf at any of the City golf courses the
following fees:
( a) Nine holes $5. 00
( b) Eighteen holes 10.00
( c) Season pass - regular rate 300. 00
( d) Season pass - senior citizen rate 175.00
( e) Season coupon pass - senior rate -
(30 9-hole rounds) 75.00
( f) Season coupon pass - junior rate -
(25 9-hole rounds) 75.00
(g) Team special play 9 hole 2. 00
( h) Team special play 18 hole 4. 00
( i) Small range ball 1 . 00
( j ) Large range ball 2. 00
( k) 9 hole cart 6. 00
( 1) 18 hole cart 12. 00
(m) Private cart 9 hole 1.00
(n) Private cart 18 hole 1.00
(2) only persons whose principal place of residence is
within the State of Utah and who, at the time of pass purchase,
have a present expectation to continue residency within the State
of Utah throughout the term of the pass, shall be eligible to
purchase or use season golf passes.
(3) Golf passes provided for herein may not be used for
weekend or holiday play.
(4) A person must be age 65 or older to qualify for a
senior citizen rate on season passes.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25th day of March , 1986.
