(Increasing Parking Meter Rates)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-3-153 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PARKING METER RATES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 28-3-153 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, as amended, be amended as follows:
Sec. 28-3-153. Parking meter rates. Parking meter rates shall not exceed
thirty cents per one-half hour of parking within any parking meter zone.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
