003 of 2000 - amending code regarding wireless telecommunication facilities 0 00-1 0 99-30 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 3 of 2000 (Amending Salt Lake City Code regarding Wireless Telecommunication Facilities) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALT LAKE CITY ZONING CODE REGARDING WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES. WHEREAS,on or about November 16, 1999,Salt Lake City enacted Ordinance No.93 of 1999 regarding Wireless Telecommunications Facilities;and WHEREAS,it has recently been discovered that the table located at Section 21A.40.090.E enacted by that ordinance contains a clerical error. NOW,THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah: SECTION 1. That the table located at Section 21A.40.090.E of the Salt Lake City Code entitled"Wireless Telecommunications Facilities"shall be and hereby is amended to read as set forth on Exhibit"A"attached hereto. SECTION 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication. Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah,this 1st day of February _, 2000.
