(Seasonal sales of fireworks)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, TITLE 51 , OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY , UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A
NEW SUBSECTION 51-24-1 (75 ) THERETO, RELATING TO SEASONAL SALES OF
FIREWORKS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Title 51 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City , Utah, 1965, as amended, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by ADDING a new subsection 51-24-1 (75 ) , relating to
Seasonal sales of fireworks.
Sec. 51-24-1 ( 75) . Seasonal sales of fireworks, except those
that meet all the requirements of Section 51 -21-2 ( 1 ) (c) of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City , Utah, 1965, as amended , or
successor section.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon the date
of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
14th day of June , 1983.
