AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 153 OF THE TRAFFIC CODE
OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965,
RELATING TO PARKING METER RATES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 153 of the Traffic Code of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same
hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 153. Parking Meter Rates. Parking meter rates
shall not exceed fifteen cents per one-half hour of parking
within any parking meter zone.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
8th day of June 1982.
