042 of 1985 - License Fee Required for Sale of Fireworks 0 85-14 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 42 of 1985 (License Fee Required for Sale of Fireworks) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-38-2 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO LICENSE FEE REQUIRED FOR SALE OF FIREWORKS. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That Section 20-38-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah relating to regulatory fee required for sale of fire works, be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: Sec. 20-38-2. Fee for license. The fee for a license to sell fireworks shall be as follows: (1 ) Business revenue license for permanent business as set forth in Chapter 3 of this Title. (2) Temporary businesses, $50.00. For the purposes of licensing, a temporary business shall mean a business whose main purpose is to sell fireworks. (3) Regulatory license, $1,000 The above license fees must be paid at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of the business, and the license shall run for the calendar year in which the license is issued or any part thereof.
