AN ORDINANCE OF SALT TAKE, CITY, UTAH, RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE 1982-
1983 FISCAL YEAR EYTIEEMF,NTATION PROGRAM TO THE C.B.D. NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN, DATED MAY 1, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, hereby adopts the Imple-
mentation Program of the C.B.D. Neighborhood Development Plan entitled, "1982-
1983 Fiscal Year Implementation Program, to the C.B.D. Neighborhood Development
Plan, dated May 1, 1982", for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1982, and
terminating June 30, 1983.
PASSED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 15th day of
June 1982. This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
