SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 45 of 2012
(Repealing City Code Section 15.16.080 re Aquatic Center Fees)
WHEREAS,Salt Lake City Code Section 15.16.080 sets forth provisions regarding the
fees for the City's aquatic centers;and
WHEREAS,because Salt Lake County now provides the programming and the collection
of fees for the aquatic centers,it is unnecessary for the City Code to provide for such fees.
NOW THEREFORE,Be it ordained bythe City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1. Salt Lake City Code Section 15.16.080 relating to Aquatic Center Fees
shall be,and hereby is,repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah this 19th day of
June ,2012.
