AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-9-4 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
TENNIS COURT USE FEES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah :
SECTION 1 . That Section 27-9-4 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended , relating to tennis court
use fees, be, and the same hereby is AMENDED as follows:
Sec. 27-9-4 . Tennis court use fee. ( 1) A person or
persons desiring to play tennis upon any tennis court located in
Liberty Park and the City' s Oak Hills Tennis Courts shall pay for
the use of such court at the rate of respectively $1. 00 per hour
and $2 . 00 per hour per court during any of the following times:
( a) For Oak Hills, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays,
all day from sun up to sundown and throughout the entire year,
weather permitting.
(b) For Liberty Park, weekdays from 5: 00 p.m. until
closing, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m.
until 1 :00 p.m.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this llth day of June , 1985.
