AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-1-10 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PLANTING AT THE CITY CEMETERY.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Section 6-1-10 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City , Utah, 1965 as amended, relating to planting at
the City Cemetery, be, and the same hereby is, amended as
follows :
Sec. 6-1-10 . Planting . No person other than an authorized
City Parks Department employee, shall plant any tree, shrub,
bush, plant or flower upon any property within the cemetery.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 18th day of January , 198 3
