AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-29-7 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO PLANNING
COMMISSION QUORUM.
Be it ordained b the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Section 51-29-7 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City , Utah, relating to Planning Commission Quorum,
be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 51-29-7. Quorum. Six voting members of the Planning
Commission shall constitute a quorum.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 2nd day of August , 1983.
