AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-12B-3 (b) OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965 AS AMENDED RELATING TO
THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS IN THE FOOTHILL PRESERVATION "P-1 "

Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12B-3 (b) of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965 as amended, relating to
the height of buildings in Foothill Preservation ( "P-1" ) District
be, and the same is hereby AMENDED to read as follows:
Sec. 51-12B-3. Site Design Regulations . . .
(c) No building shall be erected to a height in excess of
the maximum allowed in the Foothill Development "F-1" Overlay
Zone.
(d) . . .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective as of the
first day of its publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 16th day of July , 1985.
