AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley located within the East
Capitol Avenue Addition Subdivision as said 13-foot alley runs
south from Cleveland Avenue (1445 South) at approximately 317
East (being 135 feet east of 300 East) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah finds that
the city's defeasible fee interest in the alley described below,
which was formally dedicated within the East Capitol Avenue
Addition Subdivision, is no longer necessary for use as a public
alleyway, and that the vacation of said alley described below
will not be adverse to the general public's interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley located in the East Capitol Avenue
Addition Subdivision running south from Cleveland Avenue (1445
South) at approximately 317 East (being 135 feet east of 300
East) which is the subject of Petition No. 61 of 1982, more
particularly described below, be, and the same hereby is, VACATED
and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as a
public alley:
Beginning at a point at the northwest corner of Lot
22, Block 2, East Capitol Avenue Addition, a subdivi-
sion of part of Lots 6 and 7, Block 13, 5 acre Plat A,
Big Field Survey, bearing base being South 89*57' West
along the south right-of-way line of Cleveland Avenue,
and running thence 11.7.1 feet South 0*09' East; thence
13 feet South 89*57' West; thence 117.1 feet, North
0°09' West; thence 13 feet North 89°57' East to the
point of beginning and containing 0.035 acres, more or
less. $
Said vacation is EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of

over the confines of the above-described prperty, and J
ALSO SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the
purpose of obtaining, altering, replacing, removing,
repairing, or rerouting said utilities and all ofy

AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley located within the East
Capitol Avenue Addition Subdivision as said 13-foot alley runs
south from Cleveland Avenue (1445 South) at approximately 317
East (being 135 feet east of 300 East) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah finds that
