SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 68 of 1982
(Sale of Grave Sites)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-2-2 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO SALE OF
GRAVE SITES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6-2-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is amended to read
as follows:
Sec. 6-2-2. Price. The price for each grave site sold in
the various locations within the city cemetery shall be as
follows:
1. Adult grave site - The price for an adult grave site
shall be $250, which price shall be
in effect retroactive to June 28,
1982 and shall remain in effect
until October 1, 1982. Effective
October 1, 1982, the price shall be
$300.
2. Infant grave site - 150.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 7th day of September 1982.
