No. 68 of 2013
(Repealing obsolete health department regulations)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OBSOLETE REGULATIONS IN CHAPTER 2.18,
SALT LAKE CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO THE SALT LAKE VALLEY BOARD OF
HEALTH.
WHEREAS, it is proposed that obsolete provisions in Chapter 2.18, Salt Lake City Code,
pertaining to the Salt Lake Valley Board of Health, be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.18, Salt Lake City Code, pertaining to the Salt Lake Valley Board
of Health, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this 19 day of Nov , 2013.
