(Vacating a portion of Colorow Drive in
Research Park, Salt Lake City, Utah,
pursuant to Petition No. 400-565-87
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF COLOROW DRIVE IN
RESEARCH PARK IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, PURSUANT TO PETITION
NO. 400-565-87.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That a portion of Colorow Drive in Research
Park in Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is,
VACATED and declared no longer to be public property for use
as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
SECTION 2. Said street is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point of curve that is North $r� p
909. 17 feet and West 1758.03 feet from the
southeast corner of Section 3, T1S, R1E, Salt
Lake Base and Meridian; thence northeasterly
57.02 feet along a 383.00 foot radius curve
to the left, radial line bears N 30000100" W;
J thence S 30000 ' 00" E 4.24 feet; thence S
60000100" W 56.81 feet to the point of
beginning, contains 80.24 square feet, more
or less.
RESERVATIONS. Said vacation is expressly made:
SUBJECT TO all existing rights of way and easements of all
public utilities of any and every description now located

ALSO SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the
purposes of obtaining, maintaining, altering, replacing,
repairing, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take
effect upon publication.
