(Repealing and Reenacting an Ordinance
Relating to the Extension of the Boundaries
of the Central Traffic District
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REENACTING SCHEDULE 1 REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 8 OF THE TRAFFIC CODE OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH RELATING
TO THE EXTENSION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICT.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
That Schedule 1 , referred to in Section 8 of the Traffic Code
of Salt Lake City, Utah, be, and the same hereby is REPEALED AND
REENACTED to read as follows:
All that area bounded by the following described lines:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the intersection
of North Temple Street and 4th West Street, thence
along the west curb line of 4th West Street to the
southwest corner of the intersection of 4th West and
5th South Street, thence east along the north curb line
of 5th South Street to the northeast corner of the
intersection of 2nd East Street and 5th South Street,
thence north along the east curb line of 2nd East
Street to the northeast corner of the intersection of
2nd East Street and South Temple Street, thence west
along the north curb line of South Temple Street to the
northeast corner of the intersection of State Street
and South Temple Street, thence north along the east
curb line of State Street to the northeast corner of
the intersection of State Street and North Temple
Street, thence west along the north curb line of North
Temple Street to the place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This amendment shall take effect thirty ( 30 )
days after its first publication.
