(Repealing obsolete youth and family recreation board regulations)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OBSOLETE REGULATIONS IN CHAPTER 2.37,
SALT LAKE CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO YOUTH AND FAMILY RECREATION
PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, it is proposed that obsolete provisions in Chapter 2.37, Salt Lake City Code,
pertaining to youth and family recreations programs, be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.37, Salt Lake City Code, pertaining to youth and family
recreation programs, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this 19 day of Nov , 2013.
