AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-2-29 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH,
1965 , AS AMENDED, RELATING TO LOADED VEHICLE
STANDING 014 STREET PROHIBITED .
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah;
Section 1 . That Section 18-2-29 of the Revised Ordin-
ances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965 , is hereby amended to
read as follows :
Section 18-2-29 . Loaded vehicle standing on
street prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any
person to suffer, permit, or allow any vehicle
loaded with community waste, garbage, manure,
slops , swill, market waste, or other refuse to
be or remain standing upon any public street
within Salt Lake City and longer than may be
necessary for the purpose of loading and trans-
porting the same .
Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this
18th day of October , 1983 .
