and 800 and 900 East
Salt Lake City, Utah, pursuant to
Petition No. 400-287 of 1985)
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED BETWEEN 300
SOUTH AND 400 SOUTH AND 800 AND 900 EAST, SALT LAKE CITY,
UTAH, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-287 OF 1985.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the right-of-way located between 300 South
and 400 South and 800 and 900 East in Salt Lake City, Utah, be,
and the same hereby is, VACATED and declared no longer to be
public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian
way.
SECTION 2. Said right-of-way is more particularly described
as follows: /

Commencing 10. 0 feet East and 13 . 0 feet North of2.�-
Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 41, Plat "B" ,
SLC Survey and running thence East 99. 0 feet more } '1
or less, thence South 13 . 0 feet; thence West 99 . 0
feet more or less; thence North 13. 0 feet to the
point of beginning.
RESERVATIONS. Said vacation is expressly made: SUBJECT TO
all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities
of any and every description now located on, in under or over
the confines of the above described real property.
ALSO SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purposes
of obtaining, maintaining, altering, replacing, repairing,
removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them, including
the City' s water and sewer facilities. Said vacation is SUBJECT
TO any existing rights of way or easements of private third
parties.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take
effect upon publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
