No. 84 of 1985
(Ambulance rates and charges)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (1 ) OF SECTION 44-7-1 OF
THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO AMBULANCE RATES AND CHARGES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (1 ) of Section 44-7-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended,
relating to ambulance rates and charges be, and the same hereby
is, amended as follows :
Sec. 44-7-1. Rates and charges.
( 1 ) Transportation rates: $100. 00 per call.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its first publication thereof.
Passed by the City Countil of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
12th day of November , 1985.
