(Vacating the Capitol Heights Subdivision
in Salt Lake City, Utah, pursuant to
Petition No . 400-196)
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE CAPITOL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION IN
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, PURSUANT TO PETITION N0. 400-196 AND
REQUIRING CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Capitol Heights Subdivision in Salt
Lake City ; Utah, be, and the same hereby is VACATED.
SECTION 2. Said subdivision is more particularly described
as follows :

Located in the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 29, 1
Township 1 North, Range 1 East, S. L.B .&M . t
RESERVATIONS. Said vacation is expressly made: SUBJECT TO
all existing rights of way and easements of the City and all
public utilities of any and every description now located on, in,
under or over the confines of the above described real property.
ALSO SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purposes
of obtaining , maintaining , altering , replacing , repairing ,
removing or rerouting said rights of way or utilities and all of
them, including the City's water and sewer facilities. Said
vacation is subject to any existing rights of way or easements of
private third parties .
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take
effect upon publication .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah,
this 4th day of November , 1986 .
