Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: VSECTION 1. That a portion of the alley located behind 1015-1035 South 200 West Street in Salt Lake City, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way as more particularly described below: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, Block 3, West Drive Subdivision, a � subdivision of Block 23 Five Acre Plat "A" g 7 B.F.S. , thence South 140 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 12, thence East 8.75 �K feet, thence South 14. 1 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 3, said subdivision, thence West 15 feet along the north property line of said Lot 5, thence North 154.1 feet a� to the south right of way line of Mead Avenue, thence East 6.25 feet to the point of \ FY beginning.
