No. q of 2004 (Rezoning property located at 280 East 800 South) AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 280 EAST 800 SOUTH FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL(CN)AND RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY(RMF-30)TO RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY(RMF-45), PURSUANT TO PETITION NO.400-03-25. WHEREAS,the Planning Commission and the City Council have held public hearings and have taken into consideration citizen testimony,filing,and demographic details of the area,the long range general plans of the City,and any local master plan as part of their deliberations. Pursuant to these deliberations,the City Council has concluded that the proposed change of zoning for the property located at 280 East 800 South is appropriate for the development of the community in that area. NOW,THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah: SECTION 1. Rezoning. The property located at 280 East 800 South,which is more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto,shall be and hereby is rezoned from Neighborhood Commercial(CN)and Residential Multi-Family(RMF-30)to Residential Multi-Family(RMF-45). SECTION 2. Amendment of Zoning Map. The Salt Lake City zoning map,as adopted by the Salt Lake City Code,relating to the fixing of boundaries and zoning districts,shall be,and hereby is amended consistent with the rezoning identified above. SECTION 3. Amendment of Master Plan. The Central Community Master Plan, as previously adopted by the Salt Lake City Council,shall be,and hereby is amended to Exhibit A Affected Sidwell Parcel Numbers: 16-07-178-003 16-07-178-006 16-17-178-033 16-07-178-035 16-07-178-037 Legal description: All of Lots 5 through 18, Block 3, of the City Hall Subdivision, a subdivision located in Block 1, Plat 1, of Plat A, of the Salt Lake City Survey. Together with half of the vacated , alley abutting to the east of Lots 5, 6 and 7, also together with all of that alley abutting to I 1 the south of Lots 8 through 18 as closed by Ordinance 69 of 1988.
