(Height Regulations )
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-24B-4 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO HEIGHT
REGULATIONS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-24B-4 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City , Utah, be, and the same hereby is amended to
read as follows :
Sec. 51-24B-4. Height regulations. No building or
structure shall be erected to a height in excess of twelve (12)
stories, or 120 feet, whichever is more restrictive.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this loth day of December , 1985.
