RESOLUTION NO. 1 OF 1986
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCA.L COOPERATION AGR EFMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
U .S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DE7ELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Title 11 , Chapter 13, U.C.A. , 1953 as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative acxreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the City Cotincil of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
A. grant agreement for the Rental Rehabilitation Program.
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 3rd day of January , 1985.
