RESOLUTION NO. 1 OF 1987
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BE TWEE N SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION AND
SALT LAKE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A. , 1953, as amended,
allows -public entities to enter_ into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes ;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An Agreement regarding parking tickets in County
parking lots .
2. Palmer A. Depaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 6th day of January , 1987.
