RESOLUTION NO. 10 OF 1985
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTFPLOCAL COOPEPATIODT AGRFF-MENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
SOUTH SALT LAKE
WHEREAS, Title 11 , Chapter 13 , O.C.A. , 1953 as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provicae joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THFREFORF, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Take
City, Utah:
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement with South Salt Lake to receive standby water
supply from Salt Lake City.
2 . Ted L. G?ilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, f7tah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 15th day of January , 1985.
