100 of 1985 - Interlocal Agreement with UDOT for Construction & Maintenance of Utility Lines a for State Hwy & 186 RESOLUTION NO. 100 OF 1985
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement for the construction and maintenance and
operation of a utility line within the right-of-way
lines of State Highway &-186 for the purpose of water
supply.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake
City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
6th day of August , 1985.
