RESOLUTION NO. 100 OF 1986
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATON
AND UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, Utah Code Ann. , 1953, as
amended , allows public entities to enter into cooperative
agreements to provide joint undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
Ciyt, Utah:
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement with the Utah Department of Transpor-
tation for Salt Lake City to construct, maintain and
operate a water utility line within the right-of-way
of State Highway U-26 6.
2 . Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
5th day of August , 1986.
