RESOLUTION NO. 101 OF 1986
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION AND
THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTAION
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U. C.A. , 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes ;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An Agreement in which the Utah Department of
Transportation grants the City license to construct ,
maintain and operate a water supply line within the
right-of-way lines of State Highway U-68.
2 . Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
5th day of August , 1986.
