RESOLUTION NO. 101 of 1987
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION,
AND
THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY
WHEREAS, Ti tl e 11, Chapter 13, U. C.A. , 1953 as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
acccmplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approved the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An eighteen ( 18) month right of entry for construction.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah, this
4th day of August , 1987.
