RESOLUTION NO. 104 OF 1985
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND SALT LAKE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13 , U.C.A. , 1953 , as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An amended agreement for cost sharing between Salt Lake
County and Salt Lake City Corporation for construction
of the 1700 South Storm Drain System.
2 . Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
13th day of August 1985.
